The Real story, behind the lies that falsely accused us of wrongdoing:

In February 2016, a number of unfounded and unsubstantiated allegations were made against us and we were vexatiously reported to both QLD RSPCA and DogsQLD. It was falsely claimed that we had docked two of our DNA Verified Natural Born Bobtail Dobermanns and that we had delivered them in poor health. At all times we have vehemently denied those ludicrous allegations and we were eventually cleared of those ridiculous claims, by the RSPCA. Neither us, or the RSPCA were provided with one single photo, taken the day either pup arrived; which showed the alleged poor condition that the pups were supposed to have arrived in.

Although it was alleged that our Dobermann pups had arrived at their new homes virtually on deaths door, neither pup was taken to a Vet on the day of arrival. As a matter of fact, one pup was only taken to a Vet 16 days after it left our care, and the second pup wasn’t taken to the Vet for nearly a month. Considering that it was claimed that these pups were so ill that they could have died, one party didn’t contact us until four days after they had received their pup, and the other person we didn’t hear from for 28 days. What is even more bizarre, is that the person that didn’t take their pup to a Vet for nearly a month, sent us a text message the day they received their pup saying, “Thank you for the arrival of our little prince. One very happy family are so stoked. He is HUGE.” Fortunately for us, the proof we had which included photos, Vet Health Certificates, third party documents some even from the complainants themselves and DNA tests, all confirmed that our pups were Natural Born Bobtail Dobermanns (NBBT) and that these unwarranted allegations against us were false.

The RSPCA investigated the allegations and determined that we had not done what we had been accused of. The RSPCA not only viewed all our Dobermanns but they also visited our property on two separate occasions as well. If we had done what we had been accused of, do you think that the RSPCA would have left our dogs with us? As already mentioned above, the pups in question were confirmed by DNA to be Natural Born Bobtail Dobermanns, photos taken of these pups only days prior to leaving, showed them in good health, both had a full and comprehensive Vet health check prior to leaving which confirmed they were in excellent health.

After investigating this matter for 12 months, the RSPCA cleared us of all the fabricated Animal Cruelty allegations that were levelled against us. Besides the RSPCA providing us with two clearance letters to show that we did not do what we were accused of, they also confirmed in a number of conversations that we had not done what we were accused of doing. Daniel Young, the RSPCA Chief Inspector even went further and stated, “Because the Reality is, I think in this case we can say you didn’t dock their tails that’s 100%” and “Everyone in this room knows the real person there” Implying who was actually responsible for the damage. We were also falsely reported to DogsQLD, who investigated this matter and found no reason to uphold the complaint and also closed their investigation into these false allegations, in a letter from DogsQLD they confirmed that we have never had a complaint against us.

We have been breeders since 1987, with not one single substantiated complaint against us. DogsQLD closed their investigation into these ludicrous claims, as the people that made these complaints against us, were unable to provide one single genuine document, which supported their lies. It was also claimed that we had agreed to sell our pups entire, even though every ad we had placed stated De-sexed, multiple emails we had sent and that they had responded to stated the pups would be sold De-sexed. In a response to DogsQLD, we had even made an offer which said, “He claims that “we can prove an agreement was in place to in fact receive a dog that has not desexed”, something that I have asked him for from day one. Seeing he can prove it, I can resolve this matter immediately, if he can provide me with one single piece of genuine proof, that I agreed to sell him a dog entire, I will pay him his $8000.00 that he is claiming, give him and entire NBBT Dobermann, De-register my Prefix with DogsQLD and never breed again.” Needless to say we never received a response to our offer.

Below you will find copies of the 2 clearance letters from the RSPCA, if you still do not believe that we did not do what was alleged, then there is nothing more I can do and frankly I do not care, the facts speak for themselves, we never had a single substantiated complaint against us. The RSPCA inspected all our Dobermanns and found no issues for concern, we have even been inspected and registered with our local council. The RSPCA was bombarded with supposed evidence regarding this matter and in the end they found that there was no evidence to support those unwarranted and malicious allegations. I challenge anyone to provide one single document or photo that supports any of the allegations made against us. The only things that have been uploaded online, are defamatory lies by some unknown gutless individual who is too much of a coward to put their name to these claims.

The most disgusting thing of all, is the number of Keyboard Warriors that took it upon themselves to attack us on Social Media sites, including Facebook. On some of these sites including Oscar’s law & Cat Baby and Rescue & The Australian Newspaper a number of morons decided to make disparaging remarks based solely on a defamatory article which was printed in The Australian Newspaper. You should all be ashamed of yourselves, what sort of people are you; that you find it acceptable to attack innocent people that have been falsely accused in the first place. People that have been cleared of those allegations, yet your tiny little brains are unable to comprehend those facts and you listen to the false information from only one source.

I realise that common sense is obviously in short supply on Social Media or should I say the Sewer of the Internet, but ask yourself these questions, why have The Australian Newspaper & Oscar’s Law not supplied any genuine evidence to support their outlandish claims? Why did they not provide one single photo taken the day either pup arrived, showing them on deaths door. Or a single Vet Report done within days of arriving showing they were nearly dying or a DNA report showing that they are cross bred, not only have you not been provided with that, neither have we. Rest assured I will publicly expose every one of you that chose to make these comments. I do not really care what some uneducated buffoon prints online, based solely on what has been uploaded onto Social Media by some unknown low life scumbag with an ulterior motive. What sort of a society have we become, when people comment and attack innocent people online, about issues that they have only heard one side of the story about?

Some idiots have called us “puppy farmers”, real puppy farmers would be rolling around on the ground in fits of laughter. We normally only have on average 10-15 dogs, many being our de-sexed older pets, some idiot even commented online, what happens to the older dogs we no longer breed from, if this illiterate moron would have fully read the article in the paper, they would of realised as per the article that they are de-sexed and we either keep them or find good homes for them. As the RSPCA and our Local Council can attest to, we were only over crowded as we refused to take the easy way out. As I have already mentioned above, we were registered breeders with DogsQLD since 1987, with not one single complaint against us. The RSPCA inspected all our Dobermanns and even visited our property on 2 separate occasions, we are even registered with our Local Council who Inspected our dogs and their comment was how good they looked.

Another idiot tried to insinuate on Social Media that we were “puppy farmers” because of some anonymous photos that were uploaded online on numerous sites, taken by a third rate Private Investigator that infringed our privacy, by flying a helicopter over our property, whilst we were away for the day. In court one of the parties that made these vexatious allegations against us, stated that they were not responsible for the photos or the private investigator, they informed us that these photos were provided by an unknown generous third party, so unfortunately we do not know which scum bag organised the private investigator which followed us and took pictures of us using a helicopter. The RSPCA received copies of these photos, most which of course were not uploaded online, as they showed our dogs running around outside which is what they do most of the time, this is why the RSPCA had no issues with the photos they were provided.

The main photo these low life’s used on these anonymous sites, shows my 2 huskies in a pen. These photos were taken from a helicopter by a degenerate private investigator, who invaded our privacy whilst we had been out buying food for our dogs. We ensure that our dogs are always confined when we are not at home, as all responsible pets owners should ensure that their pets are contained safely whilst they are away. Have a close look at their condition, do they look in poor health, do their coats look matted or dirty, have a look at the pen where the two are, is it covered in excrement or filth, no of course not; there is fresh clean hay in the pen, they have access to fresh water; is it messy and looks like a bomb went off, yes it does and anyone that knows Husky’s knows full well how destructive the little beggars can be and how they love digging. The mess that you see is a direct result of the unwarranted attack that was made against us.

We did not choose to live like this, not at all, I would like to see how your place would look if you had been attacked like we were, 5 months of harassment virtually every day, 4 separate legal actions including the Federal Court, an unfounded RSPCA investigation, the invasion of our privacy. That we live on a farm and have suffered for over 6 years with the worst drought in our area in living memory, plus every thing else and see how your place would look. If the definition of a “puppy farm” is the fact that a dog is chained up, when the owner is not there or the dog digs whopping big holes, then probably 90% of Australian homes that have dogs would fall into that category. The other photo below was taken on the 17/12/2014, it clearly shows that the area in the photos did not exist prior to the impact this matter had, and caused to our overcrowding problems.

 

If the definition of a “puppy farmer” is a dog living in a pen or its yard has no grass, then many of Australia’s top breeders would also be classed as “puppy farmers” along with most of the backyards of Australia that own a dog.

Another rocket scientist commented online, that we also breed Great Danes and Corgis, to clarify our last Great Dane litter was in 2015 and since then we had re-homed our beautiful Danes due to health reasons brought on by this unwarranted and unjustified attack and contrary to what this idiot claimed we have never had a Corgi litter.
